Hundreds recovered after ship sinks off S. Korea

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — Dozens of salvage pontoons and helicopters are scrambling to spare more than 470 individuals, including a lot of people secondary school scholars, discovered on a ship sinking off South Korea's southern coast, authorities said. There are no prompt reports of causalities.

The ship with 476 individuals including 325 secondary school understudies was cruising to the southern island of Jeju when it sent a misery call Wednesday morning as it started inclining to one side, as stated by Ministry of Security and Public Administration.
